General Notes:
Any settling around property after CO (Certificate of Occupancy) is Homeowner’s responsibility.
Due to the current state of the COVID-19 pandemic, from signing of contract to start of construction a 0-3% increase may be applied to sale price depending on if cost of construction or materials should rise. This 0-3% increase, should it apply, will be the responsibility of the buyer. Anything above that will be the responsibility of the builder. Documentation of costs will be provided to Homeowner.
Voluntary and Other Costs: In the event that you request changes after you have accepted and signed your final home plans, there is a $350.00 fee per change, addition, or alteration in addition. This is rare, as we allow plenty of time and opportunity for review of plans and changes.
All homes are cleaned for occupancy, but may require additional cleaning by the Owner.
Additional telephone poles and underground utilities are not standard and are at owner’s expense.
Owners are required to establish accounts in their name for utilities. Fees charged by utilities or other parties for electricity, gas tanks, gas connections, hookups, etc. for any and all utilities including, but not limited to electric service, gas fireplaces, wall heaters, phone, cable, and other services and appliances are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customer retains the right to their choice of utility suppliers.
